Introduction
In partnership with SuperAwesome, well-known gaming creators Kreekraft, and Nick EH 30,) hosted a live stream event to highlight the release of the newest product developed by a globally-recognisable toy company.
The live event included 2 large-scale influencers who streamed their playtime on YouTube, beginning their online activity in Roblox, and making their way over to Fortnite to showcase the toy brand’s new product release. The final event was 2 hours long and the audience tally was over 7.7k viewers engaging in real-time
User safety is a key part of SuperAwesome’s business. For the event to be a success, it was crucial that live moderators were in place to ensure the chat stream remained clean and safe and kept to the toy brand’s vision for a fun and safe environment. SuperAwesome enlisted the support of StrawberrySocial, their go-to moderation experts, to help with the safety portion of the event.
How it worked
The toy brand was eager to share its new product and immediately understood the power of bringing it to virtual life.
Fortnite was brought in to create an impactful new world/map dedicated to the brand. SuperAwesome were hired as experts to coordinate live events, including finding the right influencers. StrawberrySocial was then enlisted to ensure the highest level of safety for the live event.
